One of the main players in the core rotation of the team in recent years, Aili produced another productive season for her hometown club and will be hoping her good form continues into the summer. She can score in a variety of ways and has experience of having played in the top Italian Dvision and also in Bulgaria before the age of 22. She is a potential ‘X-Factor' for coach Johansson, since if she shoots the ball well, she could be someone who he hands extended minutes. Even if she doesn't, her basketball IQ, ability to execute in transition and willingness to stick to defensive assignments will still see her play a pivotal role - something which has been the case since she stepped out at the U16 European Championship back in 2004. She will be a spark-plug coming from the bench when Sweden need energy.
