Having taken to the floor at the World University Games in Belgrade, Anderson was then given a glimpse of a major tournament with a handful of minutes at EuroBasket Women 2011. She impressed enough to have her court time doubled in London last summer and whilst still only cameos off the bench, she should continue to persuade Coach Jennings to utilise her in this capacity. That means a return to France, having played her club basketball in the country last season in the third tier with Cercle Saint Paul Reze. She is a feisty player who is capable of making jump shots or even getting inside on occasions and battling with the bigger players if needed. She is also a talented rower from her days at college and comes from a sporting family, with her brother Kenny a professional boxer. Despite having had restricted opportunities to shine, she put points on the board in four of her five Olympic appearances and more of the same would be of real benefit to her team this summer.
