Serbia Explode Against Estonia

Serbia raced into a 32-7 lead at the start of the game and blew out visiting Estonia 101-50 in EuroBasket Women Qualification Round Group B.

Getting 25 points from Sara Krnjic and 23 points from Ana Dabovic, the Serbians rolled to victory.

Serbia wasted no time in taking control, scoring the game's first 14 points.

That run was capped by a Dabovic three-ball - her second of the spurt.

The Serbians were on top 55-20 at half-time and coasted to an easy win.

The Blues out-rebounded Estonia, 52-29 and made 30 of 38 free-throws compared to the Baltic side's nine of 12 at the stripe.

The winners improved to 2-2 and Estonia fell to 0-4.

"Congratulations to the Estonian squad for a great fight. We are aware that they are a young team, but they tried to stand up to us as fiercely as they could. We are very thankful for the support we received from our fans in Kragujevac. We were better than Estonia in this game, but we can only measure the quality of both teams after the return match is played on their home court."
